Leopard Safaris is an award-winning safari company specialising in ecotourism camping adventures that take you into the heart of the Sri Lankan wilderness.

Using stylish South African tents, complete with comfortable queen sized beds and a range of modern comforts, we take you on a journey into Sri Lanka’s three major national parks: Yala, Wilpattu, and Uda Walawe.  The campsites are made up of non-permanent structures set up the day before your arrival, ensuring minimal impact on the parks, whilst still allowing us to offer you convenient and private tented accommodation, delicious al fresco wining and dining, and an unbeatable personalised service.

Our staff are experts in their fields and are more than willing to impart their knowledge on wildlife and photography with you. For our game drives we use customised Toyota jeeps driven and lead by our English-speaking naturalists who are dedicated to helping you seek out even the most hard to find wildlife in the park. Our jeeps can handle every type of terrain, give an excellent view, and are specially fitted with camera support points for photographers.

Leopard Safaris refuses to compromise on quality, a philosophy which manifests itself in every detail of the service. But don’t just take our word for it!

Conservation Trust’s Leopard Project.

We are currently collecting research for the Wilderness and Wildlife Conservation Trust’s Leopard Project. A percentage of the cost of your stay, plus all the money made from selling our Leopard Safaris T-shirts, postcards and accessories also goes to supporting this project. The Leopard Project helps to support the national parks by developing education and research in order to preserve Sri Lankan wildlife.
